Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to try it out.

If you decide it’s not quite right, please give us a call on 0115 9816636 or email hello@eyebeam.co.uk and we’ll help you arrange a return for a refund or replacement. Please do not send anything back to us without a returns number.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be in its original condition and must not have damaged or missing parts.

Refund process

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@eyebeam.co.uk or call 0115 9816636 to obtain a return (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Alternatively, if required, we can send you a labelled return package. Please ask.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least 7 days from receipt of your item to process your return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@eyebeam.co.uk.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@eyebeam.co.uk and send your item to: {physical address}.

 

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you placed your original order with express shipping, this is unfortunately not eligible for refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Although you can use an Articles for the Blind label, we would recommend getting proof of postage and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
